Corría el año de 1983 cuando tuve que dejar mi querido Arandas, Jalisco. Llegué a la Ciudad de México en busca de trabajo, el que encontré fue lavando platos en el negocio de tacos de mi primo. Después de un año y medio mi primo se fue para Estados Unidos, afortunadamente me dejó un localito en Bolívar 83 entre las calles El Salvador y Mesones. Yo era inexperto, no sabía mucho, por lo que, los taqueros que él tenía me dejaron sólo y, desafortunadamente, uno de ellos me robó todo, cuchillos, charolas… ¡TODO! Por lo que no podía trabajar, sin embargo, no me di por vencido y me moví rápido, conseguí gente y los implementos necesarios en solo 3 días, tiempo en el cual, se mantuvo cerrado, pero una vez que volví a abrir no me detuve, fui adquiriendo experiencia en este hermoso mundo de los tacos, brindando siempre calidad, buen sabor y un excelente servicio. Desde ese momento nunca más cerré, hasta ahora con la pandemia, sin embargo, la experiencia pasada me dejó como enseñanza que después de la adversidad se debe regresar con más fuerza. Por lo que aquí seguimos brindándole a usted el delicioso sabor que me traje desde Arandas.

It was the year of 1983 when I had to leave my beloved Arandas, Jalisco. I came to Mexico City looking for a job, the one I found was washing dishes in my cousin's taco business. After a year and a half, my cousin left for the United States, fortunately he left me a little place at Bolívar 83 between El Salvador and Mesones streets. I was inexperienced, I did not know much, so the taqueros he had left me alone, unfortunately, one of them stole everything, knives, trays ... EVERYTHING! As far as I cannot work, however, I did not give up and moved fast, I got people and the necessary implements in just 3 days, in which time, it closes closed, but once I reopened I did not stop , I was gaining experience in this beautiful world of tacos, always providing quality, good flavor and excellent service. From that moment I never closed, until now with the pandemic, however, past experience left me as a teaching that after adversity you must return with more force. So here we continue to provide you with the delicious flavor that I brought from Arandas.
